It takes around 2 weeks from submitting your Google Form to sending your application results. Within a week, you will receive an email for an interview if you are shortlisted. Around 2-3 days after the interview, we will contact you with your application results through an email. 

There are currently around 15 members at ECOIHK, mostly studying in schools in Hong Kong, such as DGS, SPCC, WIS, IS, KGV and RC. There are no limits to the people we accept. We accept students worldwide with passion and attitude! 

Each member is distributed into 1-2 departments, depending on their interests. In respective departments, they will be assigned deadlines to work and meetings when necessary. We add all our resources into a shared Google drive so everyone can have access.

We accept secondary/ high school students, aged 12-18.

You can still fill in the Google Form. We will review each application to decide whether you would be a good fit in our organization. 

We have monthly meetings with the whole team toward the end of each month. Other than that, it depends on your director if they need meetings to discuss events and plans. 

We do not have assigned work hours, nor do we have the same tasks for everyone, so it totally depends. However, there are deadlines to certain tasks, such as research and designs.
